Please Read before registering!

Heritage Gun’s Basic/Beginner Intro to Handguns is a class designed for those with little or no experience handling handguns. We understand it can be intimidating. The goal is to make it less so. The class is three hours long. Participants will learn about:

• different handguns available
• help in narrowing down the choices that are best for you
• How to legally purchase a firearm in the state of North Carolina.
• safe handling & storage
• proper grip for accuracy
• trigger control
• sight alignment
• proper stance
• what to expect when visiting a range for the first time

It is important to note that this is a non-shooting class.  Please note, we do require registration and payment prior to the day of class. Register by clicking the Register Now tab below, call the shop, or visit us in person. The class is $30 per person. We look forward to seeing you!!

**Students must bring a pen or pencil and paper to class**

**Cancellation Policy: Students must cancel 48 hours prior to the day of class to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule a class if a minimum number of students are not registered. In the event that Heritage Guns needs to cancel/reschedule, students will be given the option to choose a different date or receive a refund.
