1. Is the gun brand new, used, or refurbished?
We have seen transfers that customers bought online only to find out what they thought was brand new was actually a refurbished or used firearm.
2. If something goes wrong (example: factory defect) after you have used the gun, does the online store offer support to get it fixed or replaced?
This is another issue we have seen first hand, where the customer had to go it alone.
